I am sad to announce that the old survival server finally crashed. The world file had become incredibly large and we knew things were becoming unstable, but this week, the world finally died. Something happened that corrupted the world file for the old survival world and it became unrecoverable. Because of the size of the file, there were no backups that were any good. As a result, we must salute the passing of our friend, the old survival server. It served us well, but sadly it is no more.
The new survival server is working and is at full speed. Check out the overhead map at mc.gameknight999.com:3333 to see what people have been building. There will soon be some videos showing off some of the fantastic creations on the survival world. Keep an eye on www.gameknight999.com and www.markcheverton.com for these videos.
