Epic Worlds coming to the Gameknight999 Minecraft Network!

Hi Everyone,

We have some new things coming to the server that I want to share with you. Hopefully you’ll enjoy these!

Epic Worlds Server – The first new thing is the Epic Worlds Server. We’ve gone through Planet Minecraft and found some incredible builds that we think are pretty cool, and we want to share them with you in an easy way. You can go into these worlds and fly around and explore these epic builds. You can’t build anything here, there are no monsters. This is just a chance to see the work from master builders, up close. We’ll be changing these worlds periodically, so keep coming back and check to see if something is new. This world will be open on October 1.

Walls Server – We’ve had a developer working on a walls game for the server. This have a lobby where you can do 4 or 4 battles, or 2 on 2, with multiple maps to use and multiple games happening simultaneously. I think this will be a lot of fun, so buckle up and get ready to battle. We’re still working out the bugs in the software. It will likely be another month before it’s ready, but keep watching for it in the compass and on the server news.

Paintball Server – After the Walls server, the developer will start work on a paintball server with some new and exciting features. I’m not going to leak any of the things we’re planning here, but hopefully the software developer is up for this challenge.

Version 1.11 Survival World – As many of you know, there will be a new version coming out from Mojang, version 1.11. We are planning on creating a new world for this version that will incorporate all of the new features. In addition, we have some additional plugins in mind for this world, like custom mobs. Imagine walking around and finding Xa-Tul, or Shaikulud running around; or a shopping mall where you can rent a booth for selling your wares (make sure you have enough money to pay your rent or you’ll lose your shop); or some really cool pets for donators that can accompany you to most of the servers instead of just the lobby; or some extra cool terrain to explore . . . We’re going to add a bunch of new features to this world, but it will not be released, and we will not go to version 1.11 until all of the plugins that we use to run the server are updated as well. So you’ll need to be patient, as the developers of the plugins we use are sometimes not as responsive as we’d like. But rest assured, we’ll have this new, cool 1.11 world coming soon.
