Hi Everyone,
Minecraft 1.11 – I’m sure you know Minecraft 1.11 came out today. We will be upgrading the server to 1.11 when the server software and all of the plugins that we use on the Gameknight999 server are updated as well. In the past this has taken a couple of days to maybe a week. When all of the plugins are updated, and we tested everything, we’ll then upgrade the server to 1.11
Walls Game – We were having a developer make a Walls gave for the server that would interact with the coins plugin and have all the features we want, but sadly, that developer has disappeared and no longer responds to our requests for help with bugs in the code. We will continue to try to get in contact with them, but we are not very hopeful.
New Survival World – We will be releasing a new survival world to the server that will have some new terrain and new features that will be generated by software we are having developed. This new survival world will be really cool and I hope everyone enjoys it. As I’ve said, the current survival world will not be deleted, but the file size of the current survival world is getting so large that it will soon become glitchy and laggy. In the past, when the files have gotten 3-4 gb in size, they tend to become corrupt and just fail. Hopefully, we’ll have the new survival world up and running before this happens, or maybe it will continue running forever, thought I doubt it. We hope to have the new survival world released on the server in early 2017, after the new year.
New items for donators – When we release the new survival world in early 2017, we will also be adding new donator features, new trails, new wings, pets that can accompany you into survival . . . lots of cool things that I think you will all like.
